These systems utilise available technologies such as high speed broadband, RFID, wireless networking and Bluetooth together with new technologies and have the potential to integrate, automate and manage a myriad of household/office functions and applications using a standard web browser on a PC or hand held device.
Imagine a heating system that is constantly monitoring the weather so that it can predict when to start heating the house to maintain the desired temperature without time lags or fluctuations. Such systems to work with the geothermal solution are currently under development.
